Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (except for manufacturing defects)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 2 business hours (our standard response time), you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
  • International return instructions (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include:

  • The original packing slip or invoice
  • Your RMA number clearly visible on the outside

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
